If you ever struggle to go to bed at night because you want some time to yourself more than anything, this guided meditation is for you!

While there are many reasons you may struggle with bedtime procrastination, the end results are the same: less sleep, less self-care, and more challenging tomorrows…

That’s bad enough for anyone to deal with, but if you’re parenting an autistic child, it makes things so much harder. You deserve a good night’s sleep, and this 8-minute meditation will help you wind down, unplug, and get yourself to bed already!

It’s a great addition to your nightly bedtime routine, or whenever you’re struggling to shut your mind off for the night. Use the timer on your phone to automatically shut it off after the video is done, and get ready to relax!

Check it out, and leave a comment below letting me know how you felt after listening…but do it tomorrow morning because it’s time to step away from the tech and go to bed already. 😉
