    • Mondays (afternoon/evening)

    • Thursdays (afternoon/evening)

    • Saturdays (morning/early afternoon)

    I take the last week of each month off for integration and rest (for both of us!). If these times don’t work, reach out and we’ll find something that does.

  • Each session includes:

    • A check-in and space to talk honestly

    • Gentle guidance through challenges

    • Strategic support to build habits or routines

    • Encouragement, mindset shifts, and a forward plan

    You’ll leave feeling seen, supported, and more in control.

  • Nope. And coaching is not a substitute for therapy.

    Coaching helps you create a better future through strategy, support, and mindset tools. It’s action-focused and forward-moving.

    If you're experiencing moderate to severe anxiety, depression, or trauma, please reach out to a licensed clinician to get the care you deserve.

  • Absolutely! Just know I’m not a parenting coach.

    But, I am a mom with 15+ years of experience raising two autistic kids. I don't publicly share all the details of our life, but in our sessions, I’ll always offer insight if I think it will help.
