I created this guided meditation to help you reset on the days when everything is chaos, and the floor is lava.

It only takes 6 minutes. And it can have a serious impact on your attitude, mindset, and how you approach the rest of your day.

Instead of wallowing in your overwhelm, give this a try! See if a quick change in your outlook gives you the boost you need to get through your day.

Will it solve all your problems? Probably not. But it just may make things a lot better.

May you and your child find peace and happiness on your unique journey.
