One topic that often isn’t addressed is the anger that can come from parenting an autistic child. There are many reasons why this parenting journey can cause you to feel feelings of frustration that can easily turn into anger…I’ve been there! And I’m not here to judge…I am here to offer support.

Join me for this guided meditation where you’ll release your feelings of anger, and focus on reconnecting with yourself and your child.

Perfect for before bedtime, or after a stressful day, this is one of my favorite meditations to do when I‘m feeling stuck and angry (which happens a lot less these days, thank goodness).

Check it out, and leave a comment below letting me know how you felt after listening!
