As autism parents, we deal with stress levels that are often shockingly high! And we often store that stress and tension not just in our minds, but also in our bodies.

This guided meditation will help you relieve stress and release tension wherever you’re holding onto it inside your body. Once you release the tension you’ve been holding onto, you can finally get back to a place of calm and focus.

Perfect for before bedtime, or after a stressful day, this is one of my favorite meditations to do when I have a few minutes to myself.

Please note this meditation is not autism-specific and applies to all parents and caregivers. Feel free to share with your friends who are on their own uniquely challenging parenting journey.

Check it out, and leave a comment below letting me know how you felt after listening!
